Training

Each of our core products has an online testing facility so that you can check and progress your product knowledge. The results may also be relevant for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accreditation.

The online tests are designed to be taken after studying the product knowledge workbook for the associated product. A Certificate of Achievement will be issued to you via email for CPD records once the test has been successfully completed.

You can also choose to be reminded in 6 months or a year’s time to revisit the test and brush up on your product knowledge!

Simply enter your contact details and choose the product test type from the drop down menu, and you are ready to begin. The tests are designed to be ''open book'' tests so you will find it useful to have the relevant product knowledge workbooks and policy documentation to hand.
